      To recognize the diligent efforts of the 2025 Outstanding Employees and acknowledge their dedication, perseverance and sense of responsibility at work, the exclusive customized welfare tour for outstanding employees of Huaiyuan Logistics officially kicked off recently. A group of brilliant Huaiyuan team members stepped away from their busy work and headed to Guilin — renowned for having the finest scenery under heaven. They embarked on a soothing and delightful three-day, two-night light luxury leisure trip.

      Away from work uniforms, they journey toward picturesque landscapes. Their hard work deserves reward, and their youth deserves to be cherished! This trip is not merely a treat for strivers, but also a warm gathering built on mutual appreciation.

Day 1

      First Encounter with Guilin | Admire the Iconic City Landmark, Embark on a Joyful TripHigh-speed trains race southward accompanied by spring breezes. Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the city, we arrived in Guilin, kicking off this romantic spring journey exclusively for outstanding employees of Huaiyuan Logistics!

Part 01 Visit Guilin’s City Symbol

      After settling in, everyone visited Elephant Trunk Hill, the landmark of Guilin. This natural wonder formed over 360 million years of karst landform development looks vividly like an enormous elephant drinking from the river. The Water-Moon Cave reflects shimmering blue waves, and the breathtaking scenery where mountains meet rivers fully embodies the timeless charm of the saying “Guilin’s scenery is the best under heaven.”

      Everyone strolled side by side and took photos to freeze precious moments. The excitement of first seeing Guilin and the warmth of travelling as a team were all captured by the camera, with ease and joy shining on every face.

Part 02 Fun Team Building

      We enjoyed magnificent mountain and river scenery by day, and embraced joyful team-building activities at night!After dinner, a series of entertaining team games got underway. The 22 colleagues were divided into three groups. Led by the host, games including Number Bomb, Word Charades and Musical Chairs were played one after another, lifting the atmosphere to a high.

      Word Charades brought constant laughter and amused everyone. Musical Chairs was thrilling and kept everyone energetic. Colleagues who were not yet familiar with each other quickly bonded amid cheers and laughter, and barriers faded away quietly. Team cohesion grew stronger through relaxed interactions. In the end, Team 1 claimed victory with seamless teamwork and received exclusive gifts carefully prepared by the company, doubling the joy!

Day 2

      Explore a Fairyland | Marvel at Cave Wonders & Savour Leisure Time Along Yulong River

After a relaxing first day, the second day’s journey was packed with surprises, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in the unique charm of Guilin’s landscapes.

01 Wonders Inside the Cave

      We first ventured into Yinziyan Cave, known as “Guilin’s Most Beautiful Cave”. Stepping into the cave, it felt like entering a glittering underground palace. Stretching through twelve mountain peaks, the cave features layered rock formations. Varied stalactites and stalagmites rise from the ground, shimmering brightly under the lighting.

Everyone marvelled at nature’s extraordinary craftsmanship. The diverse karst scenery is magnificent and elegant. In front of the giant coin-shaped rock formation, symbolizing wealth and prosperity, visitors paused to take group photos, capturing the good fortune and beauty of spring.

02 Fun Along the Yulong River

      In the afternoon, we headed for the Yulong River, known as “Little Li River”, to embrace the laid-back pastoral charm. Bamboo rafts drift gently across turquoise waters. Lush mountains stretch endlessly along the banks amid verdant bamboo groves. A soft breeze brushes our faces as ripples spread across the water — truly embodying the famous verse: A boat glides on blue waves; travellers wander amid a painted landscape.

      Many colleagues tried poling the rafts themselves. Initially flustered, occasionally bumping into neighbouring rafts, they gradually mastered the skills and sailed forward steadily, filled with delight. Through this experience, everyone gained an insight: work is just like poling a raft. Blind brute force won’t work; only by finding the right approach and making clever use of skills can we forge ahead steadily on a long journey.

03 Taste the Bustling Vibe of West Street

      The highlight of the evening arrived! All team members watched the grand live show Guilin Eternal Love, a performance not to be missed. With stunning light and shadow effects and breathtaking stage performances, the show narrates Guilin’s landscape legends, ethnic cultures and human history. The thrilling plots unfold scene by scene — sometimes stirring and powerful, sometimes gentle and soothing, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in the unique charm of Guangxi land.

      After the show, everyone strolled freely along the century-old Yangshuo West Street. The old street brims with lively hustle and bustle. Bathed in soft evening breezes, we savoured the down-to-earth romance and relaxed ambience of Yangshuo.

Day 3

      Immersed in Li River Scenery | Visit the Iconic Scene on the 20-Yuan Banknote & Conclude the Journey

01 Cruise Along the Li River

      We sailed downstream by cruise ship. Exotic peaks of varied shapes line both river banks, layered green hills stand alongside clear flowing water. Every view resembles an unfiltered Chinese landscape painting. Holding up the 20-yuan banknote, everyone took photos with the real-world Yellow Cloth Shoal Reflection, encountering the breathtaking Li River depicted in textbooks.

      River breezes caressed our faces, lifting our spirits. The Five-star Red Flag fluttered at the bow. Colleagues took photos and chatted freely, releasing all work fatigue and savouring the beauty of nature and companionship.

02 Explore the Charm of Ancient Alleyways

      We wandered through time-honoured Xingping Ancient Town. Flagstone paths, ancient alleys and old dwellings blend lively daily life with poetic scenery. Weathered ancient buildings preserve the tenderness of time, infusing the trip with a strong retro vibe and laying a gentle prelude to the end of this three-day landscape tour.

      Mountains and rivers await our return; striving knows no end.

      The three-day, two-night trip to Guilin drew to a successful close amid laughter and joy.

      We wandered among mountains and rivers, admiring stunning landscapes. Nature healed our minds and bodies, while fun team-building activities strengthened our bond. This journey serves as the company’s highest recognition for outstanding employees’ dedication and hard work over the past year, as well as a heartfelt expectation for all Huaiyuan team members to forge ahead bravely.

      The most beautiful scenery lies on the way; the greatest team stands side by side. Every effort deserves recognition, and every persistent commitment deserves reward.
