Breeze caresses the face and floral fragrance fills the air — this is how Huaiyuan Logistics celebrates Goddess Day! On this beautiful day full of warmth and kindness, our outstanding female team members stepped away from busy work schedules and embraced a gentle appointment. Gathering in the training room on the third floor of the office building, they joined the preserved flower fan DIY salon, freezing the romance and tenderness of spring onto every unique handmade fan.

Blooms at Fingertips, Freeze the Beauty of Spring

The event kicked off with a warm and elegant atmosphere. Under the patient guidance of a professional instructor, all participants turned into floral designers. They carefully selected colorful preserved flowers, deliberated on matching styles, and pasted each detail with tenderness and ingenuity.

From layout planning and flower selection to precise pasting and delicate embellishment, everyone communicated and shared practical skills throughout the process, filling the training room with laughter and joy. Plain and simple fans were transformed into stunning artworks through elaborate handcrafts. Some are decorated with blooming flowers, embodying the vitality of spring; others feature elegant and minimalist styles, presenting the gentle charm of Jiangnan aesthetics. Each fan is an exclusive spring limited artwork with unique temperament. The faint floral scent lingering in the air brought soothing comfort, defining the perfect vibe of Goddess Day.

Sweet Company, Enjoy Leisurely Moments

During the creative session, a warm afternoon tea brought extra sweetness and relaxation to this romantic gathering. We prepared a rich variety of delicate desserts, refreshing drinks including milk tea, coffee and fruit tea, as well as fresh fruits with great taste and appearance. Colleagues sat around together, tasting delicious food and chatting freely, relieving work fatigue and embracing exclusive warmth and happiness in the joyful atmosphere.

Empowering Knowledge, Build a More Secure Life

After the afternoon tea, a professional policy sharing session on the latest medical insurance reform was launched. The speaker interpreted complex policy updates and benefit guarantees in simple and easy-to-understand language. While enjoying artistic creation and delicious food, all team members gained practical knowledge, bringing more security and confidence to daily life. This wonderful integration of aesthetics, delicacies and practical knowledge made the event exceptionally thoughtful and rewarding.

At the end of the activity, everyone took group photos with their handmade fans, recording this warm and memorable moment. Many colleagues shared their creation experiences and daily stories, further narrowing the distance between each other and deepening team friendship.

These exquisite handmade fans are not only unique works of art, but also precious memories of Goddess Day, carrying the tenderness and passion of every outstanding female member of Huaiyuan Logistics.

This preserved flower fan DIY event delivered joyful handcraft experience, practical policy knowledge and sweet leisure time. It allowed all female employees to release pressure and relax amid busy work, bringing warmth and comfort to daily life. Meanwhile, the activity strengthened team cohesion and fully displayed the confidence, elegance and positive attitude of Huaiyuan female staff who love life and shine brightly.
